Project Lead QA-QC(MEP)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in QA/QC Construction Management. Experience in Semiconductor Cleanroom construction
  • Demonstrable experience in the managing of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Thorough understanding of local building codes and standards
  • Construction QAQC procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
  • Outstanding organization and coordinating skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.
  • Strong English ability in speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
