Job Description:Bachelor s degree required preferably in Engineering or Project Management10 years of hands on experience in leading medical devices products development maintenance5 years of relevant experience in project managementPMP certificationCandidate to be comfortable in front of all levels of the organization as well as external customersCandidate to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within project teamsExperience working with Software Systems SUD technology within the medical device industrySoftware project management experience preferredKnowledge and understanding of latest SW Cybersecurity external standardsKey Responsibilities:Project Management Product Life Cycle Management of medical device products with agreed scope budget schedule with high quality deliverablesEnsuring customer satisfaction by ensuring timely high quality deliveriesProject Program Management Manages all phases of the project from definition through clinical evaluation and or launchResponsible for establishing team operational goals developing timeline schedule to achieve operational goals and operating budget required to achieve goalsResponsible for establishing prioritization of tasks across project workstreams and ownersProduct Technology Management Successfully manage the challenges of technology development new therapy development and the challenges that arise from pioneering new medical therapiesNetworking Establishes strong relationships with other functions in the cross functional team across the globe R D DA PD Regulatory Clinical Marketing Finance Operations Quality etcCommunications and Reviews Responsible for team and cross functional communications liaison between the team and senior leadership leads phase and business reviews project core team meetings and other key program communicationsBudget Management Manages project budget and resources accurately and responsibly facilitates budget and resource estimates as requiredTechnical Requirements:PMP CertificationProject Management in Medical DevicesPreferred Skills:Foundational->Project_Management->PMP
