  • Cost Optimization:Evaluating options and negotiating with vendors to acquire inventory at the lowest possible cost.
  • Auditing & Quality Control:Conducting audits to assess inventory records, resolve issues with defective goods, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Team Leadership:Training, hiring, and leading a purchasing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
