Job Overview

We are seeking a Freelance IT Recruiter to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior-level position ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment field. The role involves working closely with our HR team to understand and fulfill technical staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to engage with a dynamic team in the human resources industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruiting, particularly in technical domains.
  • Proven ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems effectively for streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the capability to identify top-tier candidates quickly and accurately.
  • Experience in delivering constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Expertise in technical recruiting (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of various IT roles and requirements.
  • Ability to conduct and evaluate coding tests (Mandatory skill) as part of the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of full stack development (Mandatory skill) to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong candidate relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the unique needs and roles to be filled.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates' strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Administer and evaluate coding assessments to ensure candidate proficiency in required technical skills.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to maintain organized recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment drives and promotional events to attract talent and expand the candidate pool.
  • Provide follow-up and feedback to candidates regarding their application status and any further steps.
