Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural visualization, interior design, or product modeling and be proficient in creating high-quality 3D visuals. This role involves translating conceptual ideas into photo-realistic renderings and walkthroughs, aiding design presentations and client pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models, renders, and animations using industry-standard software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Develop 3D visuals for architectural, interior, and product design projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
  • Prepare mood boards, material studies, and lighting solutions to enhance visualization quality.
  • Work with the design team to present accurate and visually compelling project representations to clients.
  • Perform post-production edits to enhance rendered images using Photoshop or other image editing software.
  • Continuously research and stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.
  • Ensure that the visualization work aligns with the project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs within specified time frames.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, ideally in architectural or interior design projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D visualization software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
  • Strong skills in rendering, lighting, and texturing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production.
  • Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations and relevant project work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in animation and walkthrough creation.
  • Knowledge of VR and AR visualization tools.
