
Inside Sales Executive

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Organise all leads in the CRM from all channels - website, social media etc.
- Make first contact with leads over messaging and phone calls to gather basic information
- Work closely with audiologists (hearing loss doctors) to transfer leads and setup appointments
- Follow up with the leads to reschedule appointments
- Manage and update the progress of the leads in the CRM
- Travel to customer location for product demonstrations and service when necessary
- Take feedback from leads
- Provide relevant information to the prospects to encourage them to purchase SoundX hearing aids
- Send invoices/quotes to prospective customers from the billing software
- Onboard new customers to conveniently use the product for the first time
- Provide feedback to management on product portfolio and process improvements/additions
- Market Research - to be aware of competitors and partners' marketing activities
Competencies and Skills Required
- Excellent written and spoken Hindi and proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to convince leads
- Great presentation skills to present marketing ideas
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- Good analytical skills for data-driven analysis
- Great Time Management skills - Ability to meet targets/deadlines
