Key Responsibilities:
- Provide systems and technical support for SAP WM and related modules to ensure business continuity.
- Implement SAP WM enhancements aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in the full SDLC: scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, QA, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Assist in estimating effort, timelines, and impact of enhancement requests.
- Ensure compliance with IS governance and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for system solutions and tools.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
- Interface with business stakeholders, IT infrastructure, and development teams.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business clients.
- Learn and support other SAP Logistics modules (LE & SD) as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM setup: warehouse design, inventory tracking, receiving, put-away, pick-pack-ship, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP Console and RF handheld configurations.
- Strong understanding of ABAP development requirements: reports, transactions, user exits, BADI enhancements, queries, LSMW.
- Expertise in configuring integration points between SAP MM, WM, and SD.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business and technical domains.
- Experience in translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Functional testing and production support experience.
