YOUR ROLE

  • Serve as a technical expert/analyst in Serialization and Track & Trace.
  • Contribute to the integration of partners/customers into the Track & Trace platform.
  • Facilitate integration between L2, L3, and L4 systems and participate in validation activities.
  • Coordinate with multiple service providers for Track & Trace solutions. Support projects aimed at implementing Track & Trace.
  • Manage inbound and outbound flow, monitor queues, and support incident/ticket management.
  • Familiarity with processes in pharmaceutical packaging, warehouse operations, and distribution. Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and Track & Trace.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and standards (GS1, EPCIS, etc.).
  • Proficient in using the TraceLink Track & Trace platform. Experience with the Systech-PCE Line Management system. Knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments, particularly GMP.

Who You Are

  • Education: Any graduate degree.
  • 4-8 years of experience as a Track & Trace analyst or technical expert/consultant.
  • Experience working in international teams (EU/USA).
