Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Audio-Visual industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify potential opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT/AV industry.
- Strong understanding of Audio-Visual solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
