We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Virtualization and Cloud Architect with strong expertise in VMware, HPE virtualization solutions, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). The role involves designing, planning, and executing complex virtualization and cloud migration projects for enterprise clients, focusing on migrating workloads from on-premises HPE/VMware environments to cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of scalable virtualization & cloud architectures focused on VMware & HPE IntegrityVM
  • Plan and execute workload migrations from on-premises VMware/HPE environments to public/private/hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Build lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting strategies
  • Serve as technical SME on VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and public clouds
  • Provide pre-sales support: technical proposals, solution presentations, and SOW creation
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on virtualization and cloud best practices
  • Create clear documentation (architecture diagrams, operational procedures)
  • Analyze existing virtualization & cloud environments to optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency
  • Recommend new solutions to improve system efficiency, availability, and scalability

Experience & Skills Required

  • 8+ years of experience in virtualization and cloud architecture roles
  • Extensive hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, HPE IntegrityVM
  • Strong expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts in virtualized and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
  • Proven experience in large-scale cloud migration projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused with a strong service orientation

  • Experience working in Reseller, Solution Provider, or OEM environments (HPE, VMware partners)
