Senior Generative AI Architect
, you will be the technical brain behind our most ambitious GenAI initiatives. This is not research only role; you will
engineer, scale, and productionize
agentic LLM systems that solve real enterprise challenges in
Healthcare
and
Salesforce ecosystems
.

You will architect
stateful multi agent systems, optimized LLM pipelines, and production grade orchestration frameworks

What You'll Do

Architect Next Gen AI Systems

• Design and implement
  robust, stateful agentic systems
  capable of dynamic task decomposition, planning, and real time tool use.
• Engineer
  low latency, high throughput pipelines
  for mission-critical enterprise use cases.

Engineer Advanced LLM Pipelines

• Go beyond basic RAG, build
  hybrid retrieval pipelines
  (semantic, keyword, knowledge graph), integrate
  re ranking models
  , and orchestrate
  chain of thought routing
  .
• Leverage
  vector databases
  (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS) and embedding strategies for intelligent retrieval at scale.

Model Customization & Optimization

• Lead strategy for
  model selection, fine tuning, and specialization
  (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, adapters).
• Optimize models for inference with
  quantization, distillation, and frameworks like vLLM, DeepSpeed, TensorRT
  .
• Implement
  evaluation & guardrails
  (RAGAs, TruLens, adversarial testing, toxicity filters).

Full-Stack AI Engineering

• Own
  end to end lifecycle
  : data ingestion, preprocessing, embeddings, model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable infrastructure with
  MLOps/LLMOps
  principles: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, telemetry, and drift detection.
• Deploy on
  AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure AI Studio, or GCP Vertex AI
  , leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.

Domain-Centric Architectures

• Healthcare
  : Architect HIPAA/FHIR compliant AI workflows (clinical notes, EMR/EHR, imaging, life sciences data).
• Salesforce
  : Architect AI/LLM systems that leverage
  Einstein 1 Platform, Agentforce, Apex, SOQL, MuleSoft & Data Cloud
  .

Technical Leadership

• Write clean, production grade
  Python
  (plus PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras).
• Build reusable
  tools, agents, APIs, and SDKs
  .
• Mentor engineers & elevate team technical standards.
• Influence strategic roadmap with your
  systems level thinking
  .

What You Bring

• Experience
  : 4–8+ years in software engineering / AI/ML roles with
  hands-on ownership of GenAI product lifecycle
  (ideation → deployment → scale).
• Generative AI Mastery
  : Built production grade LLM or agentic system (not just prototypes).
• Deep Technical Acumen
  :
• Programming & Frameworks
  : Expert Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• LLM Orchestration
  : Multi agent architectures, custom tools, memory/state handling.
• Data & Infra
  : ETL, embeddings, vector DBs, hybrid search, real time streaming.
• Cloud & MLOps
  : CI/CD for ML, Kubernetes, Docker, observability, A/B testing at scale.
• Model Ops
  : Fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, adapters), optimization (quantization, distillation, pruning).
• Domain Expertise (must have one, ideally both)
  :
• Healthcare AI
  : HIPAA compliance, EMR/EHR systems, HL7/FHIR, life sciences data.
• Salesforce AI
  : Custom Apex/Lightning development, Einstein/Agentforce, data integration.
• Soft Skills
  : Critical thinker, problem solver, systems level designer. Able to communicate complex architectures to technical & business stakeholders.
