Build Amazing - Deliver Amazing - Live Amazing - Be AmazingNextiva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of omni-channel customer experience solutions on our Unified Customer Experience Management (UCXM) platform. You will define how businesses of all sizes—small, medium, and enterprise—connect with their customers seamlessly across voice, SMS, chat, messaging apps, and emerging AI-powered capabilities like transcription, summarization, and intelligent routing.
This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with engineering, design, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to build products that deliver measurable value, scalability, and delight for customers.
What You'll Do
- Own the omni-channel CX vision & roadmap: Define how interactions flow seamlessly across channels and customer segments
- Deliver impactful solutions: Launch features that improve agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Understand customer needs deeply: Gather insights from SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers to shape features that scale across segments
- Drive product execution: Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases on time
- Enable customer growth: Build experiences that help customers adopt, expand, and optimize omni-channel engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful launches and adoption
- Measure success: Own KPIs around engagement, adoption, NPS/CSAT, and retention
- Stay ahead of trends: Track emerging CX technologies, especially in AI, automation, and digital communications, to inform strategy
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or CX products, with a proven track record of building customer-facing features
- Experience designing omni-channel communication flows or engagement platforms
- Strong technical foundation; ability to collaborate closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, and scalable systems
- Expertise working across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments with an understanding of different needs and buying cycles
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and evangelize product vision
- Customer-first mindset, with empathy for end users and passion for creating delightful experiences
- Bonus: Experience with AI-powered CX, automation, or contact center solutions

Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses.
