6. Production Monitoring

Verify that output meets the

7. Performance Reporting

Compile and submit regular reports

on site performance, progress, and any issues encountered.

8. Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and propose

actionable improvements to enhance workflow and output.

9. Training & Onboarding

Instruct new workers on safety

procedures and proper equipment usage.

10. Safety Enforcement

Strictly implement safety guidelines

and ensure compliance with company standards.

Drive teams toward timely and

efficient completion of project goals with a focus on quality.

Coordination

fitting teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installation work on

project sites.

Preparation

Prepare project

quotations based on site measurements, design changes, and client

requirements. Coordinate with the sales team or project manager for approvals

Read and

Suggest

with the factory production supervisor for timely material delivery and
