**Job Summary**:
The Factory Labourer will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of poles and various types of cable trays. Duties include material handling, machine operation support, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing & Production**:

- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of cable trays and poles.
- Operate and monitor basic machinery and tools under supervision.
- Handle raw materials such as steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Perform cutting, bending, welding, and finishing tasks as required.
- Ensure proper stacking, packaging, and storage of finished products.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials and products for defects or irregularities.
- Follow quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
- Report any issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.

**Safety & Maintenance**:

- Follow all workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Assist in basic machine maintenance and tool handling.
- Report any workplace hazards or equipment malfunctions.

**Teamwork & Coordination**:

- Work collaboratively with other factory workers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials for production.
- Support other departments as needed in meeting production deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of tools, machinery, and welding techniques.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- Standing for long hours in a factory setting.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and metal fabrication processes.
- Shift work may be required.
