Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers valuable exposure to the full business development cycle in the staffing industry, from identifying potential clients to supporting deal closures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities within target industries (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance).
- Client Outreach: Assist in generating leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn,preparing for client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Client Relationship Management: Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activities.
- Negotiation Assistance: Participate in meetings and shadow senior staff to learn negotiation techniques and support the closing of new deals and contracts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong interest in the recruitment/staffing industry and sales is essential.
