Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist Data resource where you will play a crucial role in managing insurance claims processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims handling process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize IT domain knowledge to streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during claims handling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of claims management strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on claims status and outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes through feedback and suggestions.
  • Support team members in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activities for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
  • Possess foundational knowledge in IT domain to support claims processing tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in claims documentation.
  • Display problem-solving abilities to address challenges in claims handling.
  • Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus enhancing domain expertise.
