We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support the selection process.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

  • Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Manage leave, attendance, and timesheet records.

  • Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.

  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and HR reporting.

  • Performance & Training

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and monitor appraisal processes.

  • Identify training needs and help organize learning and development initiatives.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Liaise with payroll for monthly inputs such as attendance, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Assist in benefits administration, including insurance and employee welfare programs.
