
Technical Sales Account Manager

Inbound and out-bound calls,Handle the queries of the customer ,coornating with different departments, Sales.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs, pain points, and technical requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and solutions.
Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities from inbound inquiries.
Outbound Sales & Prospecting:
Initiate outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, existing customers, and cold prospects to generate new business.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and market segments.
Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into active customers.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
Customer Query Handling & Technical Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical queries and issues related to products/services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, providing solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical support teams.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address diverse customer questions effectively.
Inter-Departmental Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal departments including Technical Support, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to address specific technical requirements, product feedback, or service delivery issues.
Ensure that customer commitments are met by coordinating internal resources efficiently.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
