Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of our restaurant application (web, mobile, and desktop).
  • Architect scalable and secure systems for orders, menus, payments, and delivery.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack.
  • Manage deployment on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Implement CI/CD, testing, and DevOps best practices.
  • Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, maps, delivery APIs).
  • Mentor and guide junior developers (pair programming, code reviews).
  • Ensure smooth project delivery from prototype → MVP → production.

Required Skills

  • Frontend: / (web), React Native or Flutter (mobile).
  • Backend: (Express/NestJS) OR Django/FastAPI (Python).
  • Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  • DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Desktop App: (optional but good to have).
  • Security & Architecture: Authentication, authorization, scalable APIs, and secure coding practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent communication – able to guide junior developers clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in building food delivery / e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, UPI).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
