Accountable for the Administration and Operation of the Skill Development Center.Managing Project Schemes of DDUGKYMonitoring of Operations Project Strategies & CampaignsCreative Team Leadership Project Positioning & Branding Compliance Adhering to Project Requirements Generate Business with Corporate for their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)Center setup as per National Skill Development Corporation Ltd and Sector skills council then Center Verification and Number AllocationStaff hiring as per SSC and Job role wise required experience and educationTraining calendar across the mandate and center for achieving the targetsLiaoning and meeting with Government and Corporates for existing and new business plan and implementation.Submission of Monthly Progress Reports.Leading Team Trainers with supporting staff.Meeting with new clients for placement and industry contribution tie - ups. Audits of centers, for checking the documentation, Training quality and requirements. Branding of centers as per project requirement.
