Our beautifully designed clinics provide the friendliest and most trustworthy care for pets. We are opening our first branches in Bengaluru in June 2024 and have plans for nationwide expansion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Manager at our Bengaluru location. The Center Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing operations, sales and customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Pet Friendly (Must have) 2yr Experience as Center Manager in a good offline retail brand Excellent customer engagement and communication skills Analytical skills for understanding customer needs and preferences Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer relationships Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Responsibilities Customer Experience: - Managing customer experience in the clinic. - Managing appointments - Take feedback from pet parents about experience, and care and document the same. - Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post appointment. - Timely reminders to customers on treatment / appointment schedules of their fur babies Clinic Sales: - Meeting Sales targets for the clinic - Retail and Non-retail (Grooming etc.) Clinic Operations: - Timely Opening and Closing of the clinic. - Ensuring punctuality of technicians, groomers, housekeeping, and other non-doctor staff. - Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies and equipment, responsible for both stocking and re-ordering - Ensure that we do daily audits of the clinic including all supplies and essentials. - Maintaining Hygiene and ambiance of the clinic Why Explore a Career at Dr. Paws We have a handpicked team of individuals who share Dr. Paws vision of transforming pet care in India.
