Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and on-boarding qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across domains.
  • Handle sourcing through multiple channels (portals, social media, references, etc.).
  • Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Support in other HR activities such as on-boarding, documentation, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Graduated
  • 6 month2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
