Sr. HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and general administration—ideally within the manufacturing or packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Joining Formalities
- Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts/payroll vendor
- Execute performance appraisal processes and coordinate with department heads
- Ensure HR policy implementation and periodic review as per company needs
- Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
- Conduct training & development sessions in coordination with external/internal trainers
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review

Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management
- Vendor management: stationery, housekeeping, security, travel, etc.
- Ensure AMC and service contracts are up to date (printers, office equipment, etc.)
- Manage company assets and maintain asset records
- Handle licenses, renewals, utility bills, and office compliance documents
- Coordinate with local authorities or consultants for statutory requirements
- Organize internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup will be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
