Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a VP of Sales. The VP of Sales will oversee sales operations, manage accounts, drive business development, and lead the sales team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business goals.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to oversee and drive strategic initiatives
