We are looking for an Interior Sales Consulting Manager who can develop and implement sales strategies, manages sales teams, and builds client relationships in the interior design industry. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, creating sales forecasts, and collaborating with design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of interior design trends, sales skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales strategy and leadership: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and budgets to increase market share and revenue.

Team management: Lead, motivate, train, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to identify new business opportunities.

Sales forecasting and reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and generate reports on sales forecasts, goals, and results.

Project collaboration: Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution from sales to project completion.

Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Sales process management: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, client consultations, proposal delivery, and closing deals.

QUALIFICATION

· Degree in Interior Design /Architecture

· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior products or design industry.

· Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Salary: Up to 40k
