We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Splunk Backend Engineer, focusing on implementing Open Cyber Security Schema Format (OCSF) and Common Information Model (CIM) data standards and aliasing implementation in Splunk.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Splunk Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that implement OCSF data standards and aliasing functionality within the Splunk platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities into our existing architecture.

Responsibilities:

o Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for implementing OCSF and CIM data standards in Splunk

o Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs

o Implement aliasing functionality within the Splunk platform to enable seamless integration of new data sources and formats

o Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company guidelines

o Troubleshoot issues related to OCSF and CIM implementation.

o Develop and maintain technical documentation for new features and functionalities
