Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Academic Counselors to join our dynamic team at Excellence College.

Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the education field are also welcome

As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students about various courses, handling inquiries, and helping them choose the right academic path.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on course options and admission procedures.
  • Follow up on student inquiries and maintain records.
  • Achieve admission and conversion targets.
  • Participate in promotional and admission campaigns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and a student-friendly approach
  • Sales interest or experience in counseling is an added advantage
  • Freshers can apply
  • Must be ready to join immediately

Commitment:

  • Minimum 15 months (including probation period)

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Attractive incentives based on performance
  • Salary + Incentives during probation period as well

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
