Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise erection of wind turbine components (tower, nacelle, hub, blades)
  • Ensure mechanical alignment, torqueing, and component handling per GAMESA standards
  • Coordinate crane activities and lifting plans on site
  • Enforce safety compliance, especially for working at height
  • Report daily progress, maintain QA/QC documentation
  • Work closely with site managers and OEM (GAMESA) representatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve erection issues

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of wind turbine erection experience (GAMESA preferred)
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools, cranes, and installation techniques
  • Familiar with site documentation and safety protocols
  • Able to relocate or work full-time on remote wind sites
