In this role, you will be at the forefront of audit innovation, leveraging advanced tools to develop automated solutions, improve audit quality, and provide deep insights from client data. This position offers significant exposure to a variety of technologies and client engagements, paving the way for substantial career growth and progression within the organization.Key Responsibilities-> Design, develop, and maintain efficient and robust Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.-> Create insightful and interactive Power BI dashboards for data visualization and storytelling, enabling audit teams to make data-driven decisions.-> Write complex T-SQL queries for data manipulation, validation, and analysis within client databases.-> Collaborate with audit teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective D&A solutions, particularly in General Ledger and Sub-ledger analytics.-> Extract and transform data from leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Navision).-> Develop and maintain advanced data models and entity relationship diagrams.-> Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights within large datasets.-> Present findings and demonstrate developed solutions to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.Required Skills and QualificationsMust-Have:3-5 years of hands-on experience in Data & Analytics, preferably within an audit or finance context. Proven Expertise in following :1) Alteryx: Advanced workflow development.2) Power BI: Advanced dashboard development, including proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.3) T-SQL: Writing and optimizing complex queries.4) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).5) Experience with data extraction fromERPs(SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Navision, etc.).6) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.7) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Good to Have (Highly Desirable):Experience with the Microsoft Azure data ecosystem, including Azure Data bricks.Programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.Formal certification in Alteryx, Power BI, or related technologies.Understanding of audit processes and standards.What We OfferA chance to work with a vast network of over 2000 clients on challenging projects.An environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning with exposure to a suite of advanced analytics tools.Opportunities for professional development and clear career progression paths.A collaborative culture that values diversity of thought and expertise.
