PAYS POS ) is a next-gen POS provider helping restaurants and retailers in the US streamline operations with our POS solutions and standalone credit card readers. We're expanding aggressively and need an SEO expert who can own search strategy, improve organic rankings, drive high-quality leads, and ensure technical SEO excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full SEO strategy — from technical optimization to content strategy, link building, and conversion-focused optimization.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes for site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema, and structured data.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink strategy.
  • Drive organic traffic growth for US markets by improving rankings on Google and other search engines.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing, search-optimized content.
  • Implement advanced SEO tools for analytics, tracking, and reporting (Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl, SurferSEO, GTmetrix).
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, search trends, and competitor strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure SEO is integrated into website architecture, UX, and product pages.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure organic performance, ROI, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of deep SEO experience, with strong expertise in

- Proven track record in improving organic rankings and driving qualified traffic, ideally for SaaS, fintech, or payments businesses.
- Expert in SEO tools and technologies such as
Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl, SurferSEO, GTmetrix

- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience in optimizing site architecture, site speed, mobile SEO, and structured data.
- Knowledge of CRO, UX optimization, and conversion tracking as it relates to SEO performance.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact and organic growth.
