Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager SEO for our Pune location. This full-time position requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and effectively manage client communication and SEO strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful SEO strategies for diverse clients and industries.
  • Excellent client communication skills, (Mandatory skill) adept at building lasting relationships and managing expectations effectively.
  • Strong team leadership abilities, (Mandatory skill) capable of guiding SEO teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive site audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, content optimization, and performance enhancements.
  • Competitor analysis skills to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for gaining a competitive advantage.
  • Capability to develop and implement a cohesive digital strategy, aligning SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Expertise in analysis and reporting tools to monitor, track, and report on SEO metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to enhance our clients' search engine rankings and online visibility.
  • Manage and lead a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct in-depth site audits and technical SEO assessments to identify optimization opportunities and ensure best practices.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs, updates, and deliver progress reports.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes to identify key opportunities for capitalizing on market trends and demands.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate SEO strategies into overarching digital marketing plans.
  • Monitor key SEO performance indicators and prepare reports to highlight progress, setbacks, and proposed solutions.
