We are looking to hire a talented intern who is fluent in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Malayalam.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

- *Job Requisition Management*: Manage job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements.
*Sourcing and Attraction*
*Candidate Sourcing*: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
*Job Posting and Advertising*: Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media.
*Employer Branding*: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand and reputation.
*Application and Selection*
*Application Management*: Manage candidate applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
*Initial Screening*: Conduct initial screenings of candidate applications, resumes, and cover letters.
*Phone and Video Interviews*: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
*In-Person Interviews*: Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
*Recruitment and Hiring*
- *Conducting Initial Interviews*: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.3. *Coordinating Interviews*: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
