We're seeking a
smart, curious, and driven Flutter Developer
to join our growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for crafting smooth, responsive, and scalable cross-platform mobile apps that integrate with our powerful CRM ecosystem.

You'll work directly with product designers, backend engineers, and QA to bring new features to life — and push the limits of what mobile-first CRM can do.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.

  • Work with RESTful APIs and Firebase to build powerful, real-time applications.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring clean, modern interfaces to life.

  • Optimize performance across multiple devices and screen sizes.

  • Own your code — write clean, testable, maintainable modules.

  • Deploy apps to the Play Store and App Store.

  • Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and regular dev sprints.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

  • Strong grip on Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile architecture patterns.

  • Experience integrating REST APIs and managing state (e.g. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).

  • Familiarity with Git, Firebase (Auth, FCM, Firestore), and third-party packages.

  • Ability to debug, test, and profile mobile apps for performance.

  • Deployed at least one live app to Play Store / App Store.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn fast.

  • Knowledge of animations, custom widgets, and responsive layouts.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile deployment.

  • Contributions to open-source or side projects on GitHub.
