Role Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer
to join our growing technology team. The ideal

candidate will have strong expertise in backend development (Python, Java, ) along with proven

experience in frontend frameworks like React and Flutter Web. You should be able to work independently

as an individual contributor, driving end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable

applications.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development:
    Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and services using Python, Java,
  • and
  • Frontend Development:
    Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, React, and
  • Flutter Web.
  • Database Management:
    Work with SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data
  • storage, retrieval, and optimization.
  • Code Management:
    Use GitHub for version control, branching, and collaboration.
  • Deployment:
    Manage code deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and application hosting on
  • cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
  • Testing & Debugging:
    Ensure quality and security of applications through rigorous testing and
  • troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver
  • business-driven solutions.
  • Documentation:
    Create clear technical documentation for processes, APIs, and deployment flows.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum
    2+ years of professional experience
    as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    Python, Java, and
    (backend).
  • Proficiency in
    HTML, CSS, React, and Flutter Web
    (frontend).
  • Strong understanding of
    SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL
    databases.
  • Experience with
    GitHub
    and deployment tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
  • Prior exposure to
    fintech or stock market related projects
    will be an added advantage.
