Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Secunderābād. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, conducting training and development programs, handling payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage job postings, candidate communication, and offer rollouts.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Facilitate structured onboarding programmes for new employees.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy.
- Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, and related filings.
- Handle attendance management, leave records, and salary revisions.
4. HR Documentation & Records
- Maintain all HR documents including employee files, appointment letters, NDAs, and policy documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and support grievance handling.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
6. Performance & Policy Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and related documentation.
- Update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across the organisation.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Language Skills - English, Hindi is must plus any of the southindian language prefered.
- 5–10 years of experience in end-to-end HR management.
- Educational Qualification: MBA in HR or a Degree in Human Resources / related field is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance (PF/ESI), and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Highly energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Exposure to employee engagement programmes will be an added advantage.
