About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled
Digital Designer
who thrives at the intersection of design and technology. You should be fluent with modern, AI-enabled design tools like
Framer, Figma, and Canva
, and comfortable building fast, beautiful, and data-driven digital experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys designing everything from high-performance marketing sites to clean product UIs—and can use AI tools to work smarter, faster, and better.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Ship Framer Sites:

High-performance, responsive pages with components, CMS collections, variables, interactions, and clean IA; configure analytics, a/b test variants, and page-speed best practices.

  • SEO & GEO Foundations:

Architect content for both search engines and LLMs—entity-centric IA, structured data ), OpenGraph/Twitter cards, sitemaps, FAQ/How-To schemas, copy patterns that answer "zero-click" queries, and guardrails for featured snippets.

  • Product UI/UX in Figma:

End-to-end flows for the Uplevyl app (multi-tenant admin, community, learning, analytics): components/variants, variables/tokens, Auto Layout, prototyping (advanced interactions), redlines/specs.

  • Client Prototypes & Sales Support:

Build clickable Figma and live Framer proofs for prospective clients; brand-match quickly; turn briefs into demos within days.

  • Design System & Documentation:

Establish tokens, grids, motion guidelines, accessibility rules (WCAG 2.1 AA), and usage docs; maintain a shared library for web + app.

  • Content & Creative Kits:

Use Canva to produce on-brand social, email, and event assets; create reusable templates that non-designers can ship with confidence.

  • Data-Driven Iteration:

Instrument flows with analytics; run usability tests; translate insights into roadmap and experiments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product, engineering, and engagement teams; write crisp specs, Loom walkthroughs, and Notion docs; track work in Monday/Jira.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong command of
    Framer, Figma, and Canva
    (AI-enhanced workflows a plus)
  • Deep understanding of
    modern UI/UX
    principles and responsive design
  • Experience with
    SEO and structured data design
  • Ability to turn loose briefs into high-quality designs quickly
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent attention to detail, structure, and documentation

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience building design systems or component libraries
  • Knowledge of motion design or interaction design
  • Exposure to AI tools for content, code, or design automation
