Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UX design for one or more software modules (Fleet Manager, ROC,

Deployment Manager, etc.), from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.

  • Translate product requirements into effective user flows, interaction models, and

visual mockups with a deep understanding of real-world robot operations.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify user needs and pain points

through user research, site visits, and feedback analysis.

  • Design interfaces that work across web, tablet, and industrial touchscreens, balancing

functionality, technical feasibility, and visual clarity.

  • Contribute to and maintain a unified design system for all software

products.

  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing, while balancing

business and operational constraints.

  • Think critically about system-level interactions and propose enhancements to the user

journey across tools and personas (e.g., ROC operators, deployment engineers, fleet

supervisors).

  • Support design delivery through developer handoff, QA reviews, and continuous

iteration based on real-world usage.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, wireframes, prototypes, and

final designs for web-based products.

  • 3–6 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS or product-

based environments.

  • Proven ability to work on complex systems with multiple user personas and use

cases.

  • Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
  • Experience working with developers and product teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to advocate for design decisions.
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for command centers, real-time data dashboards, or

industrial UIs.
