About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, scheduling product demos, and coordinating with the field sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective customers to generate interest.
  • Schedule demos/appointments with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth demo-to-sales conversion.
  • Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the CRM.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
