**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative (Only Fresher)

**Location**: Raheja Tesla Industrial, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

**Job Type**:
Full-time Monday to Saturday.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals with little to no sales experience but a strong desire to start a career in sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and supporting our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. B2B Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media and lead databases.

2. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, assess their needs, and qualify their interest.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

5. Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, contact details, and lead status in our CRM system.

6. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, and other sales-related tasks.

7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activity, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and a desire to build a career in sales.
