The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by recognizing trends and anomalies in multivariate datasets. In order to use these insights for business improvement, the candidate should feel comfortable using their analytical skills, and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & validate commission data using carrier portals.

Identify discrepancies, trends, and patterns in reports.

Analyze, compare, and report data using Excel.

Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy & resolve issues.

Prepare detailed reports & summaries.

Suggest improvements to research & reconciliation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Ability to interpret large datasets.

Attention to detail & critical thinking.

Experience with commission structures (preferred).

Strong communication skills.
