Duties & Responsibilities:· Gather and understand the client's technicalrequirements from the Sales team and communicate the same effectively with the cross -functionalteam members and management.· Acts as a SPOC (Single point of contact) forclient interactions and concurrently with the technical team, responsible fordaily / weekly meetings and for necessary update / changes.· Analyze & create the project scope /document and effort estimation, anticipate changes (Identify the problem areas/processes in the business that areto be benchmarked)· Create a strategic benchmarking with the ability to analyzecompetitors' data and industry trends towards rewarding the objectives of thebusiness (Identifying industries or companies that have similar products & identifyingthe industry leaders, that is, which companies stand out the most)· Conductingresearch on the best practice to be adopted and develop cost -effective solutionsto boost productivity.· Create an SRS document that explainseach & every module in detail and functional & nonfunctional requirements.· Planning, Research, Implementation, analysis,budgeting, forecasting and Monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completionof projects.· Operations & Project Maintenance, Correctionof defects, changes, Validation procedures, deactivation plans – end to endresponsibility· Closure / MIS Reporting RequirementsKey Skills:· Excellent communication skills· Strong Analytical Skills & conceptualthinking· Highly competitive and ability to influencestakeholders and clients· Committed and result oriented individual Qualification & Experience: · Graduate /Post graduate.· Must have 4 -5 yrs experience as a BusinessAnalyst in IT sector Location: ThePosition is based in Mysore, Head office
