Role & responsibilities

Production Reliability

  • SKU Compliance (M&E Controllable) in all lines
  • Volume compliance (M&E Controllable) in all lines with special attention to specific products

Support NPD commercial production

Manufacturing Excellence

  • CI (Continuous Improvement)

Implementation of best kaizens per quarter to be implemented

  • SRM compliance to be greater than the percentage agreed for the products
  • JH implementation as per road map & Tag closure compliance as per agreed norms

Ensure compliance to Targeted Breakdown hours, preventive maintenance and OEE

System Compliance & Engagement

  • PM schedule adherences as per the road map plan
  • Safety mitigation, machine compliance

Responsible for Electrical /Mechanical/Utility up keeps in shifts

GMP Score Improvement & audit point closure

  • GMP score .In Lollipop & Jelly over all line should be greater than 85%
  • To Ensure GMP and Audit requirement for the plant

SHE & Legal

  • Compliance to all Safety regulations
  • Ensuring zero TRFR and LTA
  • Ensuring no Major NC's from Reg authority on IMS/ FSSA
  • Ensure full compliance to all Safety regulations

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 year of experience
