CloudMellow is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology solutions company working with global clients. We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our financial planning, audits, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification.
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools/software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in working with IT/Marketing/Technology companies (preferred).
- Exposure to handling US/International clients is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
