About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Company Secretary practices, Compliances, Audits, GST, Tax Filing, TDS, and Corporate Finance.
This role requires an individual who can ensure regulatory adherence, manage financial reporting, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage statutory compliance including
    Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations
    .
  • Handle
    Company Secretary-related activities
    including ROC filings, drafting board resolutions, and maintaining statutory records.
  • Conduct and oversee
    internal, statutory, and tax audits
    , ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns
    , and other regulatory filings.
  • Provide advisory on
    tax planning, assessments, and appeals
    to optimize business operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of
    financial statements, MIS reports, and annual returns
    .
  • Monitor
    accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management
    .
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for compliance and assessments.
  • Support in
    budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control strategies
    .
  • Maintain strong corporate governance standards and advise management on
    risk management and compliance issues
    .

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified
    Chartered Accountant (CA)
    with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience or working knowledge in
    Company Secretary responsibilities
    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of
    accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate compliances
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
