The School Ambassador will serve as the face of Nalapad Academy in the wider education and community ecosystem. This individual will represent the academy at events, engage with partner schools, build strong networks with educators and parents, and actively drive enrollment growth through compelling storytelling and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach & Representation- Represent Nalapad Academy at education fairs, community gatherings, inter-school events, and parent forums
  • Partnerships & Networking- Build and nurture relationships with principals, teachers, and administrators of feeder schools, NGOs, and educational partners.
  • Enrolment Growth & Brand Promotion- Contribute ideas for promotional events, ambassador programs, and school visibility drives across Bengaluru.
  • Internal Coordination- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and event readiness.

  • Understanding of the education sector and parental decision-making psychology.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple events or partnerships simultaneously.
  • Comfort with both formal presentations and informal community interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, admissions, or brand representation roles (preferably in schools, universities, or education organizations).
  • Prior experience representing premium educational or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
