*Job Summary
The Business Systems, Analyst II assists Bread Financial in the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and customer selections across a variety (and ever-evolving) array of systems, platforms, and tools; this manifests itself in campaign audience selections, test & learn activities, segmentation management, tracking and vendor list management.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in the design, create, evaluate, optimize, and deliver quantitative and qualitative offerings in relation to customer-facing, brand-centric marketing campaign audience selections/communications across multiple channels.
• Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, eligible audience volumes, mail files (both direct mail and email), reward adjustment files, credit card issuance, account center files, and smart-data files supporting new and existing Card Services capabilities for small non-complex brand partners.
• Assist in the research and resolve ad-hoc requests in relation to current and potential marketing
• Provides input to management that may drive new processes.
• Provides end-user viewpoints to management that may influence decisions regarding marketing investments in execution tools, platforms, and environments

Lead or above

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Area of Study: Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics
• Years of Work Experience Required: Two to five
• Experience in the execution of marketing campaigns and audience selection using SAS, SQL, Unica (IBM Campaign), or other campaign selection tool.
