Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Accountant role located in Mandideep. The Assistant Accountant will support the financial and accounting functions of the company, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Additional responsibilities include handling payroll, managing budgets, assisting with tax compliance, and supporting audit processes. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring adherence to financial regulations will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Skills in managing budgets, payroll, and tax compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets for data entry and analysis
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance roles (prior experience in manufacturing preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry practices is a plus
