Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

● Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

● Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

● Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.

● Provide basic HR support, including understanding and applying HR policies

Role Requirements/Expectations

● 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.

● Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.

● Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
