Job Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls from customers

· Ensuring and Adhering to the Target set on Patient conversions.

· Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, Booking appointments, and resolving queries.

· Follow up on appointments booked/ Cancelled.

· Objection handling on patient queries.

· Adherence to the script & process.

· Adherence to shifts/Login hours.

· Responsible and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting patients with issues and concerns related their

· health.

· Liaising with different stakeholders in patient's hospitalization and billing details.

· Ensuring patient conversion on leads.

· Strong active listening/comprehension skills: They must be able to listen actively to comprehend and decode the

· customers' message.

· Willingness to Learn/ Mentor New starts and be a team player.

· Willingness to Take additional responsibilities and take feedback positively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages].
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
