In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing testing efficiency, reducing manual efforts, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Implement automation frameworks to support regression, functional, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Test Planning & Execution:
  • Review requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Document and report test results, defects, and issues using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
